The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has announced the schedule for the CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final exams to be held in January 2026 This is a major update for all CA aspirants across India who have been waiting for the official dates According to the notification the Intermediate and Final exams for both groups will be held between January 5 and 17 while the Foundation exams are scheduled from January 18 to 25 No examination will be conducted on January 14 as the day is reserved for Makar Sankranti Magha Bihu and Pongal festivals giving students a small break in between
The detailed timetable shows that the Final course Group 1 will be conducted on January 5 7 and 9 and Group 2 on January 11 13 and 16 For the Intermediate course Group 1 exams will be held on January 6 8 and 10 while Group 2 will take place on January 12 15 and 17 The Foundation exam will be conducted on January 18 20 22 and 24 The exam timings will be from 2 PM to 5 PM for most papers while some Foundation papers will be two hours and a few Final and post qualification exams like INTT AT and IRM Technical will run from 2 PM to 6 PM giving candidates four hours.

The online application process will begin on November 3 2025 and students can apply without a late fee till November 16 The last date with a late fee of 600 rupees or 10 US dollars is November 19 A short correction window for changing exam city or medium will remain open from November 20 to 22 Examination fees have also been notified with Foundation set at 1500 rupees for Indian centres Intermediate at 1500 for a single group and 2700 for both groups and Final at 1800 for a single group and 3300 for both groups Overseas and Kathmandu Thimphu centres have different fees structure.
