Pay Scale / Remuneration
Manager (MMGS-III): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 + allowances (DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, Medical Facility, etc.)
Deputy Manager (MMGS-II): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 + allowances (DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, Medical Facility, etc.)

Educational Qualification & Work Experience
Manager / Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms)
- B.E. / B.Tech in IT/Computers/Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication OR MCA with minimum 60% marks.
- Preference for MBA / Executive MBA.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, NPCI Payment Systems, RBI Certified Payment Specialist, CCIP, CISSP, PCI QSA, CRCP.
- Work Experience:
- Manager: Minimum 5 years in Digital Payments / AFC / FASTag / FinTech / CRM / Risk Management
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 3 years in above domains
- Proficiency in MS Office, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Excellent Communication
